That's weird. Its managed as the same product, so no. All the files should be there under GMaudio Clipper. Email me a screenshot/video if you continue to have issues.

Hi! Is there any intention to have a VST version made for other daws?

At this point no, the most difficult thing is the UI. Apparently AU are easier to manage in regards to UI using some of the latest tech from Apple but I haven't explored it yet. If I could team up with someone to handle the user interface then I would love to make VST/AU plugins, we'll see what the future brings. ๐

Is there a way to update the from 2.0 to 2.1 without having both plugs around, and have old projects automatically using 2.1.

The only work around would be to rename version 2.1 the same as version 2.0 but honestly, I wouldnโt recommend it. If you drop Clipper 2.1 on an instance where 2.0 resides then it should keep the same parameter values for the Input Gain, Output Gain and Ceiling, as the names for those parameters havenโt changed, so it will be exactly the same except that 2.1 has the DC Filter off by default (which should have minimal effect on the sound anyway). So I would recommend that you just replace the instances that you want and then use 2.1 from this point onwards. Hope that helps ๐
